During the years of the new contract, it would be a good idea for each of us to keep a record of the items and issues we feel need to be addressed in the following negotiations.  A good method to follow through with this is to download a new proposal form and fill it out immediately.  Writing down ideas and concerns while they are  fresh in our minds guarantees we will not forget about it later.  Once the form is downloaded, it can be printed and saved in hard copy form, or we can save the forms in a computer file until needed.  The contract proposal form will remain available as a download for this purpose.
